Yes, it is that time again that us mommy’s must get our brains and energy in-gear, to get our kids ready for school. Bye-bye to sleeping late, relaxed afternoons and gym-outing options. Hello… alarm clocks, lunch packing and homework. Not only do we have to get those pencils sharpened, we must fine-tune our time management skills, in-order to keep our workouts and nutrition in-check. The never-ending demands of being a parent to school-aged children requires energy.
