A new Scottsdale gym is taking away the age-old excuse of not having enough time to workout.
The concept is simple, two 20 minute workouts each week can help you lose unwanted fat and gain strength.
“What I use to do with an hour and half, two hours at a regular gym I can do here in the 20 minutes. I feel just as tired, I sweat just as much and you feel just as good after the workout,” said David Vasquez.
On average in just eight to 12 weeks people see an overall increase in total body strength of about 15 to 30 percent.
“What you see here on the screen in the green ban, that green curve, represents David’s customized strength program and the chest press. So during this exercise he is engaging major muscle groups in upper body and his chest. And the yellow line that you see here on the screen represents how much force he’s pushing that arm away with and resisting it as it comes back towards him,” said Owner Amanda Coe.
